What are your operating hours?
We are currently planning to operate 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday on the academic calendar following all national and local holidays.
What are your pricing options?
We are an employer-led care model, so pricing is specific to the employer and care plan they have opted for. It will be best to speak to your HR representative to understand pricing or reimbursement policies.
We offer 3hours (after-school), half-day and full-day plans. Freshly cooked, nutritionist-curated meals, as well as enrollment into our standard annual event calendar, is included. Any tailor-made plans outside our standard offerings will attract custom pricing. Emergency day care passes are available. GST and One-time enrollment
is applicable.
What age groups do you cater to?
Our general age group is 1year to – 9 year old children.
What is your teacher- t o - child ratio?
Each center that runs at standard capacity will at all times have one senior or two junior teachers. Caretaker ratios vary between 1:7 to 1:9 based on age groups.
What is your curriculum or daily schedule like?
Our curriculum is curated by Reggio Emilia trained educators. Annually our head of programs visits and updates our programs to meet global best practices. Learning, Play, Music, Movement, Cognitive plans are all designed keeping these standards in mind. Daily schedule varies on age-group and programs opted in.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Fresh meals and snacks are hygienically prepared on-site, curated by Hong-Kong based nutritionist Sanchita Daswani. We avoid all packaged snacks and focus on local, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
How do you handle naptime and rest periods?
Nap time and rest periods by schedule or need-based requirements are in a designated, safe, supervised, and air-conditioned nap room.
What are your health and safety protocols?
We follow health monitoring checks regularly that includes temperature & health checks for children and staff.
Do you offer part-time or ful l -time enrollment options?
Yes. Our plans are designed to support the future of work and evolving work patterns while maintaining a stable and predictable environment for children. Right from emergency day care passes, after-school programs, homework support, half day and full-day; we encourage you to come chat with us about your needs so we can propose the best care solution for your family.
What is your sick child policy?
We understand that it can be difficult for families to know when their child is sick. Families may experience problems taking time off work or study to care for their child at home. However, it is imperative that families preserve a focus not only on the well-being of their own child but also upon the well-being of other children and the childcare professionals.
Can parents visit or participate in activities at the daycare?
We follow an open-door policy and encourage parents to drop in and spend down time with their children. This way joys of parenting and corporate progression are not a choice parents have to make. Our annual calendar has regular events that include parent-child activities both on-site and off-site. Beyond this, we run dedicated mother-toddler programs and hours through the day for those enrolled in those programs.
Do you provide updates or reports on a child's development and milestones?
We have Sunwise Application, which provides parents a snapshot of progress and real time updates. In the meanwhile, daily pick-up and drop-off interactions with our teaching staff along with the close proximity to your child will be the best avenues to be looped in on child growth.
